The Beach Es Trenc

Es Trenc is situated on the southern coast of Mallorca, renowned for its pristine beauty and crystal-clear turquoise waters reminiscent of Caribbean beaches. This natural beach, stretching for about two kilometers, runs along a protected coastline and is surrounded by dunes and pine forests, providing it with an unparalleled ambiance.

Es Trenc is a haven for nature enthusiasts who appreciate its tranquil atmosphere and unspoiled surroundings, away from large hotel complexes. The beach is popular among both locals and tourists who value its relaxed vibe, clear waters, and natural beauty.

Parking & Costs

There are two large paid parking lots available for the expansive beach. Parking directly in the town of Ses Covetes is almost impossible.

Ses Covetes Parking

This parking lot is located a bit further away and requires a longer walk. Occasionally, shuttle buses run, but relying on them isn’t advisable.

Costs approx. € 5 cash for parking ticket

Ses Salines Parking

This parking lot is my recommendation. It’s located right by the beach, spacious, and easily accessible.

Costs approx. € 8 cash or card

Insider Tips

  • It’s best to arrive at Es Trenc as early as possible. It gets crowded here as early as 11 AM, even earlier on weekends.
  • Both entrances from the parking lot tend to be particularly crowded, especially with families and children. It’s quieter towards the middle. There’s also a nudist area here.
  • Note: In the autumn, there might be occasional presence of seaweed and jellyfish in this area.
